Cozy Home Penthouse Design

This house has been designed to achieve a cozy and relax environment, allowing the user to relax and enjoy their moment after back from work. Some touch of nature with element of wood and green have been applied throughout the unit.

The design also combines with other materials like marble, tile, steel and gold, giving it a good balance in the design. This house has been designed using the application of lighting to provide different mode and comfort at the entire unit.

The sofa being designed into different arrangement that the user can enjoy different activities accordingly. The tree creates some touch of green in the house. A pet house located around the public area, living, dining, and dry kitchen, allowed sufficient natural lighting and improve airflow throughout the house. The pet and owner can always interact with each other.

A long table and kitchen island provide different experiences for user to enjoy the view and meal. A pantry beside the dry kitchen is a ‘house’ for all the foods and kitchen equipments. There is some touch in the green on the wall in dry kitchen.

Master bedroom designed in a more relax atmosphere with the combination of colours and materials, make the users feel like staying in a resort. A partition design in between sleeping area and bathroom used to provide some privacy, yet ensure good accessibility within the area.

This walk-in closet can be easily access either from bedroom or bathroom. Everything we need can be found here, and a big mirror in the center of the area.

This home cinema can fix more than 10 people at the same time by a variety of seating choices, cinema sofa, bean bag, laminate platform or even carpet. A bar counter equipped here to serve beverages and snacks.
