Solid & Void Pavilion

Pavilions are tricky to design, yet they offer so many possibilities for interpretation of different concepts.
This pavilion is a resting place and play structure for adults and kids, which to enhance the communication between parents and children, and also the neighborhoods community.

Nowadays, most people are busy with work and study. Many people don't have time to rest or spend time with their families. This leads to some children not being close to their parents, and there is a lack of communication between parents and children. Therefore, the purpose of designed this pavilion is to allow adults and children to sit down and relax or play and chat together just near their homes. Besides that, parents can also chat with their neighbors; children can play together. This not only enhances the relationship between family members, but also helps to get to know and understand each other with neighbors. So that, when someone need help, they can ask the neighbor who lives next door for help instead of waiting for a friend or the police from afar to help them.
